However, we do not provide legal advice, and you are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are appropriate for your specific use case.
Participants access signature sessions through unique, time-limited tokens. You are responsible for ensuring that signature requests are sent only to authorized individuals.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIGO E-SIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indigo e-Sign, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Indigo e-Sign operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Indigo e-Sign regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or acts of civil or military authorities.
